Our client, a leader in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a Cloud AI Developer - AZ to join their dynamic team. As a Cloud AI Developer - AZ, you will be an integral part of the AI and Data Engineering department supporting cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Cloud AI Developer - AZ

**Location:** Chandler, AZ

What's the Job?

+ Develop and implement GCP Conversational Agent platforms with Playbooks, tooling, connectors, and data sources.

+ Design and orchestrate complex AI workflows using multiple GenAI agents with LangGraph, LangChain (with ReACT), and LLM tooling.

+ Build scalable, low latency, real-time architecture focusing on eventing and extending conversational context utilizing Big Table, Time Series, Pub/Sub, or Kafka.

+ Implement and maintain guard rails, supervision, and observability with transparency and explanation for GenAI systems.

+ Ensure responsible AI (RAI) practices are integrated at scale, especially for regulated industries like Fintech, including cost optimization of hybrid solutions.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience with MLOps and large-scale AI system implementation.

+ Strong knowledge of GCP native microservice and event-driven technology stacks such as Big Table, Pub/Sub, and AlloyDB.

+ Experience in combating hallucinations in AI systems and implementing safety guard rails.

+ Familiarity with prompt engineering, orchestration of multiple AI agents, and low latency architecture design.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement.
