Our client, a leading manufacturer supporting the tradeshow and display industries, is seeking a Production and Assembly Associate to join their team. As a Production and Assembly Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the creation of high-quality visual communication products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production and Assembly Associate

**Location:** Woodridge, IL

**Pay Range:** $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

**Shift:** Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts)

What's the Job?

+ Build exhibits and promotional products firsthand in a fast-paced environment

+ Follow production schedules and work with short lead times

+ Handle materials and assemble products with precision and care

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards

What's Needed?

+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

+ Comfortable working with measurements and fractions

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
