Job Summary:
+ We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Security and GRC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with proven experience managing offshore teams and ensuring adherence to compliance standards. This role requires excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills, along with the flexibility to work in the Pacific Time Zone and travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and manage offshore SAP Security teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.
+ Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4HANA Security and GRC solutions.
+ Design and manage role-based access control, user provisioning, and authorization objects.
+ Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, addressing findings promptly
+ Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to develop security policies and controls.
+ Provide updates and reporting to senior management on security operations and compliance status.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve security issues efficiently while maintaining operational integrity.
Must-Have Skills:
+ SAP Security (3–5 years of experience)
+ SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) (3–5 years of experience)
+ Experience leading offshore SAP Security teams
+ Strong understanding of audit and compliance standards within SAP environments
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
