    Our client, a leader in medical device repair and maintenance, is seeking a QUA Technician to join their team. As a QUA Technician, you will be part of the Repair Services Department supporting device repair, quality control, and technical support teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** QUA Technician

    **Location:** San Antonio, TX

    **Pay Range:** $22

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform device repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and preventive maintenance on internal and external medical VAC equipment.

    + Execute quality control procedures for all repaired VAC devices prior to releasing them back to the customer.

    + Provide technical support over the telephone for customers, sales teams, and third-party maintenance providers.

    + Assist in testing, inspection, and research of new products to ensure quality and functionality.

    + Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper handling and storage of tools and parts.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience in device repair, troubleshooting, or technical support, preferably in medical equipment.

    + Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

    + Ability to follow safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

    + Excellent communication skills for providing technical assistance over the phone.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
