    Electrical Automotive Technician

    **📍** **Location:** Mesa, AZ

    **💵** **Pay:** $25.00/hour

    **🗓️** **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

    **📆** **Flexibility:** May be required to work Saturdays depending on business needs

    •** **About the Role

     

    Our client in the **Automotive Manufacturing** industry is seeking a skilled **Electrical Automotive Technician** to join their Manufacturing Department. This role supports the Production Team and focuses on electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and rework of vehicles. Experience with European vehicles is a plus.

     

    •️** **Responsibilities

    + Perform end-of-line (EOL) testing, failure analysis, and rework

    + Support and improve manufacturing processes

    + Collaborate with Quality & Process teams to enhance procedures

    + Conduct rework on offline vehicles

    + Participate in data collection and analysis

    + Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions

    + Report EHS concerns and workplace hazards

    •** **Qualifications

    + 5–7 years of end-of-line experience in the automotive industry

    + Strong electrical diagnostics skills

    + Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams

    + Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

    + High school diploma required; college degree preferred

    + Automotive manufacturing experience preferred

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office

    + Technical and analytical aptitude

    + Basic understanding of electrical components (amperage, voltage, OHMs)

    + Fluent in English

    + 🇪🇺 Experience with European vehicles is a strong advantage
