    (3rd Shift) Machine Operator

    **Location:** Newton, NC

    **Pay:** $18.00/hour

    **Shift:** 3rd | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

     

    We’re looking for a **detail-oriented Machine Operator** to join our team in Newton, NC. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain a dedicated machine to produce high-quality precision parts.     Responsibilities

    + Operate and monitor a single machine to produce parts with precise shoulders, steps, tapers, threads, and other machining features.

    + Use precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.

    + Determine proper feeds and speeds to achieve the best machining results.

    + Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

    + Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

    + Perform other duties as needed to support production goals.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED required.

    + Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

    + Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine operations.

    + Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges preferred.
