    Director of Retail Operations - Direct Hire

     

    $140,000 - $150,000

     

    We are seeking to hire an experienced Director of Retail Operations to join GREAT team in Appleton, WI. As a Director of Retail Operations, you will be part of the Mission Support Office supporting regional retail teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a passion for community service, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Director of Retail Operations

    **Location:** Appleton, WI

    **Pay Range:** $140,000 - $150,000

     

    Shift: 1st

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Guide Regional Team Leaders in defining operational goals, standards, safety protocols, and policies to ensure store excellence and compliance.

    + Drive donation throughput and ensure proper handling and processing of donations to maximize efficiency and stewardship.

    + Lead retail teams to maintain high standards of store presentation, organization, safety, and policy adherence.

    + Develop and implement long-term strategies to meet or exceed sales and operational KPIs across all regions.

    + Manage projects and change initiatives, ensuring effective planning, communication, and organizational support for continuous improvement.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree required.

    + Minimum of 10 years of business management experience, preferably in operational management, strategic planning, and project management.

    + Exceptional communication skills that promote transparency and collaboration across teams.

    + Proven ability to analyze business trends and respond effectively to market dynamics.

    + Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
