Position Summary
**Location:** The Woodlands, TX
**Work duration** : 30 hours per week / 8:30am - 2:30pm / M-F
The **Site Coordinator** is responsible for managing the daily operations of mailroom and shipping/receiving services, overseeing UI locker kiosks, and providing facility and audiovisual (AV) support for a large site. This role includes reporting, vendor liaison, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). The coordinator works closely with customers, JLL, IBM, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities** **Mailroom & Shipping
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Operate and maintain UI locker kiosks for secure package handling.
Ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes.
Facility & AV Support
Coordinate facility-related services and resolve issues promptly.
Provide AV support for meetings and events in collaboration with on-site AV technicians.
Assist with conference room scheduling, equipment setup, and troubleshooting.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and maintain monthly operational reports and reporting matrix.
Monitor SLA performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Liaise with customers, JLL, and IBM to communicate updates and resolve issues.
Team & Vendor Coordination
Support the hiring, onboarding, and development of site staff.
Coordinate with contracted vendors and facility management teams.
Maintain office supply inventory and manage reordering as necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or facility support.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic technical aptitude for AV systems and office equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
