Key Tasks: * Support project coordination efforts, including onboarding, offboarding, meeting logistics, distribution list maintenance, and system access requests * Coordinate with the Integrated Operations Center on password resets and user access/system issues * Assist in preparing and reviewing Financial reports, cost estimates, and budgets. * Enter data, transact data and perform financial analysis. * Prepare, analyze, and evaluate reports on various items including budgets, capital expenditures, and operating expenditures _ *Knowledge/Skills*_ * Detail-Oriented: Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, and implement timely decisions and recommendations. * Independent Worker: Manage time across multiple projects and deadlines. * Collaborative: Seek input and coordinate with staff. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of computer programs, databases, and software. * Organizational Skills: Demonstrated organizational and administrative abilities. * Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills. _ *Experience/Education*_ * Enrollment in an Finance, or Business undergraduate degree program or a relevant program from an accredited school. * Minimum of 2 years of completed coursework. _ *Other*_ * Valid Driver’s License. * Ability to pass a background check.
