Key Tasks: * Support value realization office staff. * Assist with the completion and validation of value mapping (Value Trees) - Map Roadmap Projects to value levers, drivers, and KPIs. * Align on value quantification formulas – Assist in developing the quantification formulas to determine financial value and strategic value impacts * Support quantifying “As-Is” and “To Be” KPI Values - Align on current state (“As-Is”) and future state (“To-Be”) KPI values for Projects. _ *Knowledge/Skills*_ * Detail-Oriented: Conduct thorough analyses and evaluations, and implement timely decisions and recommendations. * Independent Worker: Manage time across multiple projects and deadlines. * Collaborative: Seek input and coordinate with staff. * Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Technical Proficiency: Good working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, databases, and software. * Organizational Skills: Demonstrated organizational and administrative abilities. * Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills. _ *Experience/Education*_ * Enrollment in an Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or MIS undergraduate degree program or a relevant program from an accredited school. * Minimum of 2 years of completed coursework. _ *Other*_ * Valid Driver’s License. * Ability to pass a background check.
