    Pharmacy Technician – Inventory Management

    **Location:** Redlands, CA

    **Pay Rate:** $21.28 per hour

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

    Position Overview

    Adecco Staffing is seeking a **licensed Pharmacy Technician** to join our client’s team in **Redlands, CA** . This position focuses on inventory management and order fulfillment within a pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and able to thrive in a physically active role.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Manage inventory, including purchasing, receiving, tracking, reconciliation, and documentation (SOX compliance).

    + Ensure pharmacy pick stations are fully stocked with medications and supplies.

    + Place approved orders for shipping and packing materials.

    + Maintain organized dispensing and back-stock refrigerators.

    + Monitor product trends, shortages, and expiration dates to ensure optimal stock levels.

    + Assist with return goods management following standard operating procedures.

    + Perform cycle counting, put-away, and replenishment tasks.

    + Support daily operations by assisting with packing, shipping, and cleaning as needed.

    + Under pharmacist supervision, accurately fill and label prescription orders using manual and automated (EYECON) systems.

    + Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on counting equipment.

    Qualifications

    + **Active California Pharmacy Technician License** (must provide a screenshot of your current license with your resume).

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.

    + Basic math, typing, and data entry skills.

    + Comfortable learning and using computer applications for inventory and documentation.

    + Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work efficiently under supervision.

    + Must be reliable, professional, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

    Physical Requirements

    + Ability to lift up to **50 pounds** (medications, ice boxes) for **5–10% of the workday** .

    + Must be able to **stand, walk, and lift** for several hours at a time.

    + This position can be **physically demanding** and requires consistent attention to safety and accuracy.
