Adecco is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate in Lima, NY. Shift & Schedule:
**2nd Shift:** Monday – Friday
+ 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
+ Overtime: Available as needed
Responsibilities:
+ Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
+ Assemble filter components according to specifications
+ Inspect and test products to ensure quality and performance standards are met
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Follow safety procedures and company policies
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
+ Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
+ Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

**Pay Details:** $20.50 per hour
