Dispatcher -2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities
+ Schedule, dispatch, and track shipments, service calls, or production materials to meet delivery deadlines.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, field technicians, or production teams regarding schedules, route changes, and job status updates.
+ Communicate effectively with internal departments (manufacturing, shipping, maintenance, etc.) to ensure accurate information flow and minimize delays.
+ Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, delivery logs, and performance metrics.
+ Utilize dispatch software or ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) to manage assignments and documentation.
+ Monitor and report on resource availability, workload, and potential bottlenecks to management.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling, transportation, and logistics efficiency.
+ Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
+ 2+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or operations scheduling (manufacturing environment preferred).
+ Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency with dispatching tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Pay Details:** $25.99 per hour
