    Adecco is currently assisting one of its top clients in their search for an **Workers Compensation Claims Specialist** working in **ONTARIO, CA 91764 (Remote).**

     

    Pay rate: - $50 / hour

     

    Shift Time:- Mon-Fri 8 AM – 4:30 PM

    About the Role:

    We’re looking for a skilled Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist to handle complex claims and ensure fair and timely resolution. You’ll manage high-exposure cases, work with legal teams, and help reduce costs for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Review and manage complex workers' compensation claims.

    + Investigate claims and develop action plans for resolution.

    + Negotiate settlements within your authority.

    + Set and adjust claim reserves appropriately.

    + Process payments and benefits accurately and on time.

    + Handle legal filings and manage litigation processes.

    + Coordinate with vendors for investigations and legal support.

    + Identify opportunities for claim recovery (e.g., subrogation, Medicare offsets).

    + Communicate with clients and claimants professionally.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and coding of claims.

    What You’ll Need:

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + 5+ years of experience in claims management.

    + Strong knowledge of insurance laws and workers' compensation practices.

    + Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

    + Ability to work independently and in a team.

    + Strong organizational and analytical skills.

    Work Environment:

    + Office-based with occasional travel.

    + Requires computer use and clear communication skills.

    Must Have:

    Workers Compensation Claims Examiner (3+ years of California WC experience)

    **Pay Details:** $50.00 per hour
