Machine Operator

Adecco Staffing is recruiting for a Machine Operator in Ayer on 3rd shift! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.
**Schedule/Hours:** 11:00PM-7:30AM, Sunday-Thursday
**Pay:** $22/hour + attendance bonuses!
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Operate and change over production line equipment (filler, capper, labeler, case packer, palletizer, etc.)
+ Read work orders and verify supplies (bottles, caps, labels, etc.)
+ Monitor production rates and equipment effectiveness (OEE)
+ Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation
+ Keep your area clean and safe throughout the shift
REQUIREMENTS:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1+ year of manufacturing experience (food industry a plus)
+ Strong mechanical troubleshooting and multitasking skills
+ Basic computer proficiency
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
+ English fluency (written and verbal)
+ Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMPs is a plus

**Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
