About the Role
Adecco Staffing is seeking **Machine Operator II** candidates to join our client’s manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in the production process—setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment to ensure high-quality products are made safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate machine tools, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment according to production schedules and specifications.
+ Set up and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
+ Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or rework defective products.
+ Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
+ Maintain accurate daily production records to support manufacturing performance analysis.
+ Troubleshoot and perform minor maintenance to keep machines running smoothly.
+ Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing, machine operator, or production environment preferred.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality.
+ Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
