Adecco is hiring for a Scheduler/Planner in Lima, NY. Work Schedule

+ **Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

+ **Days:** Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

+ Create work orders based on customer sales orders.

+ Issue and close materials for all work orders in the ERP system.

+ Route work orders to appropriate work sites in alignment with revenue and production goals.

+ Review orders to determine if specialty materials are required; collaborate with the Buyer to ensure timely procurement and availability.

+ Develop, maintain, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for dry filtration production.

+ Assist in creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production routings as needed.

+ Monitor and maintain inventory levels; generate tracking reports and perform accurate data entry.

+ Coordinate with production floor personnel to resolve scheduling or material availability issues.

+ Support continuous improvement efforts in production and inventory control processes.

Qualifications:

+ **Education:** High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

+ **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience in inventory and production control within a manufacturing environment.

+ **Technical Skills:**

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

+ Experience with ERP systems, preferably QAD.

+ **Core Competencies:**

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as purchase orders, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare and interpret data quickly and accurately.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
