Description
Design and create robust applications while integrating AI-powered tools and features into products. Work across the stack from front-end interfaces to back-end systems and use AI-assisted development tools to deliver faster, smarter, and more scalable solutions.
+ Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications (front-end, back-end, databases, cloud).
+ Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to improve efficiency in coding, testing, and documentation.
+ Integrate AI/ML models and APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) into production applications.
+ Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to ship AI-enabled features.
+ Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
+ Participate in CI/CD, testing, and DevOps workflows.
+ Actively participate in team meetings, technical training, and process improvement initiatives.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor Degree in the field of Computer related studies
+ 2 or more years of experience utilizing AI to advance business solutions
+ 3+ years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar
+ Skilled in front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Django, Flask, etc.)
+ Proficiency with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
+ Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs or ML models into real-world applications
+ Familiarity with microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, Docker, Kubernetes.
+ Experience with utilizing large volumes of data and applying predictive analytic AI functionality
+ Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
+ Experience with MLOps pipelines

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Akron, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
