    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain who will play a vital role in our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in the architecture field and will be proficient with Revit. This role involves working on construction documents and engaging in design processes.

    Responsibilities

    + Create and manage construction documents.

    + Engage in design development and schematic design.

    + Assist in drafting and architectural design tasks.

    + Support construction administration efforts.

    + Work primarily on residential and institutional projects.

    + Collaborate with team members to explore the possibilities a space offers.

    Essential Skills

    + 4-5 years of experience in the architecture field.

    + Proficiency with Revit.

    + Experience in creating construction documents.

    + Strong drafting skills.

    + Excellent communication and time management skills.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.

    + Experience with institutional projects.

    + Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

    Work Environment

    The office is located in Providence, RI, and offers plenty of parking. The team works in the office 3-4 days a week with flexibility offered after the training period.     Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Providence, RI.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $39.00/hr.
