    Responsibilities

    + Manage procurement, purchasing, and supply chain coordination.

    + Track project financials and support budget adherence.

    + Coordinate logistics and vendor communication to ensure timely material delivery.

    + Assist with RFIs, submittals, and schedule tracking using tools like P6 or MS Project.

    + Interpret shop drawings and support construction sequencing.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

    + Support project managers and field teams with technical documentation and reporting.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.

    + 2–5 years of experience in construction or manufacturing environments.

    + Proficiency in Navisworks, Bluebeam, Excel, and scheduling tools (P6 or MS Project).

    + Strong understanding of construction processes, including steel, heavy equipment, and general sequencing.

    + Experience with purchasing coordination and material logistics.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience working with a major mechanical subcontractor, primarily in HVAC systems.

    + Familiarity with financial oversight on projects, including budgeting, estimating, approving change orders, and cost tracking.

    + Accountable and teachable, with a proactive communication style and quick learning ability.

    + Technically proficient with a solid foundation in construction principles and tools.

    + Process-oriented, enjoys solving coordination challenges.

    + Adaptable and resilient, thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under pressure.

    + Efficiency-focused, values progress and clarity over perfectionism.

    + Curious and innovative, passionate about improving construction methods.

    Work Environment

    Work with one of the largest mechanical contractors in the Pacific Northwest, supporting large data-center projects. The role is based in an office in Spokane.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Seattle, WA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
