    What You’ll Do

    + Own the Process: Manage and integrate multiple engineering projects from concept to completion.

    + Lead with Impact: Direct technical staff, assign tasks strategically, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

    + Be the Connector: Consult with internal teams and external customers on specs, timelines, and costs.

    + Drive Results: Define success criteria, monitor progress, and proactively remove roadblocks.

    + Champion Improvement: Implement cost-saving strategies, refine processes, and introduce best practices in project management.

    Core Skills and Qualifications:

    The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:

    + Requires one of the following:

    + Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering, business, or a related technical field of study and six (6) years of related experience, OR

    + Associate’s degree and twelve (12) years of related experience

    + Five (5) years of supervisory experience and/or demonstrated technical leadership experience

    + Successfully managed and completed a large, complex engineering project

    + Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members

    + Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership

    + Ability to use and train on use of project management methodologies and software

    + Ability to successfully prioritize, and manage large, complex projects, deadlines, tasks, and teams

    + Ability to understand and apply financial analysis

    + Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products

    + Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create reports, documents, presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary in order to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain difficult issues
