Job Title: Residential CAD Designer

Job Description

Join our dynamic and design-driven architectural firm, specializing in high-end custom residential projects. We are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Project Architect to bring creativity, precision, and leadership to our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on bespoke homes that blend innovation, craftsmanship, and timeless design.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the design and documentation of custom residential projects from concept through construction.

+ Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional design solutions.

+ Translate client visions into thoughtful, buildable architecture.

+ Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision and care.

+ Contribute to a studio culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Essential Skills

+ Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

+ 5+ years of experience in custom residential architecture.

+ Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.

+ Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.

+ Proficiency in ArchiCAD.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with other design tools is a plus.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
