Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description
A design company seeking a licensed architect or experienced design professional to join their Retail Studio in Seattle as a Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong experience in leading architectural projects from concept through construction. You’ll manage client relationships, oversee project teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality work across multiple active projects.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead project teams and serve as the primary client contact across concurrent projects
+ Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery
+ Oversee design development, construction documentation, and administration
+ Ensure quality control and mentor junior staff
+ Support marketing efforts and proposal development
Required Qualifications
+ Proven experience managing 150–250 interiors-focused projects annually across multiple accounts
+ Strong detailing skills and familiarity with specification coordination
+ Proficiency in Revit, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
+ Experience in architecture project management and construction administration
+ Strong client and team leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ Architecture license
+ Experience in interiors-focused retail architecture
+ Experience with budgeting, billing, and fee negotiations
+ Knowledge of building codes and design development
Disqualifiers
Candidates will not be considered if they:
+ Have a history of short job tenures
+ Lack Revit experience
+ Have no experience in Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail Data Center, Federal, and/or Commercial projects
+ Have less than 5 years of relevant experience

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $65.00/hr.
