Job Title: Quality Process and Compliance EngineerJob Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Process and Compliance Engineer to join our team. This role involves analyzing quality metrics, implementing strategic process changes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work collaboratively with multiple departments to drive quality improvements and maintain our Quality Management System.
Responsibilities
+ Analyze varying trends associated with quality metrics and implement process changes to meet strategic quality goals.
+ Troubleshoot systematic issues and find realistic solutions by collaborating with departments including production, engineering, materials management, service, and spare parts.
+ Develop a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing, engineering, service, supply chain, and business processes.
+ Participate in the research, development, and analysis of improved parts as part of the parts performance team.
+ Lead process audits for internal and external processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal process documentation.
+ Continuously improve and sustain the Quality Management System to ensure ISO9001 compliance and customer satisfaction by performing audits and addressing non-conformances.
+ Create Microsoft Power BI analytic reports on internal and external quality metrics.
+ Assist the Quality Engineer in leading investigations and reporting on specific quality issues.
+ Perform any other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or relevant internship/project experience, preferably in the food and beverage production industry.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause identification skills.
+ Outstanding communication skills with high attention to detail, including formal presentations, written proposals, reports, and team workshops.
+ Motivated, patient, self-directed, conscientious, team-oriented, flexible, responsive, and creative.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ CQA, CQE, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform.
+ Experience with SAP or SAP S/4HANA.
+ Experience with Minitab statistical software.
+ Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
+ Extensive knowledge of manufacturing applications, procedures, and quality assurance.
+ Strong understanding of statistics.
+ Ability to use PowerApps to document and store inspection data.
+ Strong technical writing and reporting skills.
Work Environment
This position involves working in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will interact with various departments. You will use technologies such as Microsoft Power BI, SAP, and Minitab. The role requires a detail-oriented approach and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Franklin, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $87000.00/yr.
