Job Title: Parts and Service Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Parts and Service Specialist to manage daily invoicing activities, support local system administrative tasks, and coordinate receiving and inventory processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and possess exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle customer daily invoicing activities, including local parts sales and service invoicing.
+ Assist with local system administrative activities, such as employee and asset data entry.
+ Coordinate receiving activities by storing and stocking materials in their proper locations while ensuring system accuracy.
+ Complete daily data entries in customer secondary software.
+ Support local and organizational leadership with end-of-month activities, including inventory reports, productivity, and invoicing summaries.
+ Assist leadership with customer follow-up regarding aging accounts receivable as required.
+ Coordinate badging system processes and audits through site-specific authorities.
+ Maintain and order department supplies and materials while ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the general office appearance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Familiarity with Microsoft, SAP, and Salesforce.
+ Must be able to obtain an airport-issued ID Badge.
+ Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Work Environment
The position is based in a maintenance shop at DIA, with approximately 25 employees, up to 10 working at any given time. The work involves 70% computer tasks and 30% loading/unloading/sorting activities. You will need to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
