    Job Title: Cleanroom Technician

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Cleanroom Technician, where you will work both in a cleanroom environment and on the production floor to produce various medical devices. Your tasks will include folding boxes, minimal assembly, packing, and bagging raw materials. You'll operate machines producing medical components, ensuring products are correctly filled and sealed, and perform quality checks to meet company standards.

    Responsibilities

    + Work in both cleanroom and production floor settings to produce medical devices.

    + Perform tasks such as folding boxes, assembling, packing, and bagging raw materials.

    + Operate machines for producing medical components and ensure correct product filling.

    + Seal final products and record necessary information.

    + Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Previous manufacturing experience, preferably in medical, food, or chemical environments.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Ability to lift 50lbs.

    + Proficiency in using an iPad for documentation.

    + Willingness to wear all required PPE, including hair nets, beard nets, gowns, and shoe covers.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED preferred.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a small manufacturing facility of 70 people, known for its cleanliness and well-lit environment. The cleanroom setting adheres to a 3-level system for production technicians. Training includes learning processes and procedures with level 1 production techs. Contractors must supply new closed-toe shoes, which will be stored on-site in lockers.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maumee, OH.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
