Job Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the preventative and reactive maintenance of production machinery and equipment. This role focuses on the machining side of the facility, where you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on CNCs, furnaces, boilers, casting machinery, and various industrial equipment. This position requires a combination of mechanical and electrical expertise, including working with hydraulics, pneumatics, and three-phase motors. Familiarity with PLCs is a plus as you will be required to troubleshoot them occasionally.
Responsibilities
+ Perform work involving the skills of multiple maintenance or craft occupations to maintain and repair machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment.
+ Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
+ Electrically troubleshoot and repair up to 480-volt, three-phase motors and wiring.
+ Engage in welding, troubleshooting, and programming of robotics and PLCs.
+ Install, align, and level new equipment.
+ Follow and execute the preventative maintenance program.
Essential Skills
+ 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience (troubleshooting and repairing production machinery/equipment).
+ 2-3 years of mechanical maintenance experience (maintenance/repair of hydraulics and pneumatics).
+ 2-3 years of electrical maintenance experience (experience with up to 480-volt, three-phase motors and wiring).
+ 2-3 years of preventative maintenance experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ PLC experience (troubleshooting and editing).
+ Experience in CNC machine maintenance.
+ Experience in robotic/automation maintenance.
+ Experience with machining, casting, or foundry environments.
+ Ability to wire control panels.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Coldwater, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
