Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our first-shift maintenance team. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing automated equipment, as well as electrical and mechanical systems. Day-to-day activities will vary, with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to preventive maintenance, 30% on high-level diagnostics and repairs, and 20% on various project-based work.

Responsibilities

+ Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot automated equipment.

+ Diagnose and repair electrical subsystems, including PLCs, 480V systems, and electrical schematics.

+ Maintain and repair 3-phase motors, pneumatics, conveyors, and facility tools.

+ Conduct light facilities tasks as needed.

Work Environment

The position operates during the first shift from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Thursday, and from 5 AM to 3 PM on Friday. You will work alongside six other technicians.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hugo, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
