•️ What You’ll Do
As an Inventory Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our raw materials receiving area, ensuring our aluminum inventory is accurately tracked, stored, and distributed. You’ll also have the opportunity to support shipping operations and collaborate with multiple departments.
Your day-to-day will include:
+ Managing incoming raw aluminum materials using a manual tracking system
+ Entering and updating inventory data in Excel or similar software
+ Inspecting materials for quality and reporting any non-conformities
+ Communicating inventory status and needs with plant managers and team leads
+ Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to unload and move materials
+ Maintaining a high level of accuracy and care when handling delicate materials
• What You Bring
Must-Haves:
+ 3+ years of experience in inventory management, cycle counts, and material tracking
+ Strong Excel skills and familiarity with manual inventory systems
+ Experience in receiving and customer service
+ Ability to perform accurate hand counts and maintain detailed records
Nice-to-Haves:
+ Background in manufacturing or production environments
+ Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and warehouse operations
+ Familiarity with SAP, quality assurance, and sheet metal or assembly work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
