Job Title: Maintenance Technician- 3rd shift

**Location:** Shelbyville, Kentucky

**Pay Rate:** $21/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Technician** with **2 to 4 years of experience** in an industrial maintenance environment. Candidates with an associate's degree in a technical discipline may substitute education for experience. This role focuses on identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues in plant facilities and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues.

+ Perform scheduled preventive maintenance efficiently and on time.

+ Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities in an electronic database.

+ Support operations by ensuring optimal performance of manufacturing and facility equipment.

Essential Skills:

+ Troubleshooting

+ Welding and Fabrication

+ Preventive Maintenance

+ Electrical Maintenance

Additional Qualifications:

+ Hands-on experience with CNC machines, robotic systems, and laser machines.

+ Functional knowledge of mechanical components including valves, pipe fittings, bearings, motors, and gearboxes.
