    Description

    We are looking for a bilingual HR Coordinator or Generalist to join a team in Louisville, Kentucky. This is a contract to hire role, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and to contribute to various human resources functions: including recruiting, onboarding, employe relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will bring an organized approach and able to work in a fast-paced environment to support the workforce effectively. The bilingual HR Coordinator or Generalist role is onsite and Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.

    • Conduct new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and facilitating integration into the company culture.

    • Develop and maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

    • Manage benefits administration, including enrollment, updates, and employee inquiries, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

    • Administer HR systems and maintain accurate records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

    • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

    • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters, fostering a productive and inclusive workplace.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping the organization up-to-date on any changes.

    Requirements

    • At least 1 year of HR related experience.

    • Familiarity with onboarding processes and the ability to streamline the integration of new team members.

    • Highly professional and able to use good judgement and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity.

    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate employee records.

    • Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment.

    • Ability to analyze and prepare reports to support HR decision-making.

    • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with current standards.
