    Position Title: Machine Operator

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate manufacturing equipment in line with work instructions and quality standards.

    + Safely drive forklifts and industrial vehicles, following **OSHA guidelines** .

    + Perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished goods.

    + Use computer systems for production tracking and logistics.

    + Keep the manufacturing area clean, organized, and safe.

    + Communicate clearly across departments and levels of the organization.

    + Lift up to **50 lbs** regularly and perform physical tasks as part of daily operations.

    + Be flexible to work **various shifts** , including weekends and holidays.

    + Take on additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

    What You Bring

    + Hands-on experience in **machine operation and assembly** .

    + **General labor** , **packaging** , and **industrial equipment experience**

    + Skilled with **hand tools** , **forklifts** , **tape measures** , **CNC machines** , and **calipers** .

    + Ability to read and interpret **mechanical drawings** .

    Bonus Skills

    + Experience with **CNC or automated machinery** .

    + Ability to earn and maintain a **forklift operator’s license** .

    + Familiarity with **precision measurement tools** like dial calipers and micrometers.

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henrico, VA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
