Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support business forecasting and strategic planning.

• Analyze financial data and generate insights to inform company-wide decisions.

• Prepare and deliver detailed reports on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on trends.

• Conduct variance analyses to identify discrepancies between actual and forecasted results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.

• Assist in the creation of ad hoc financial analyses to support special projects and initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all reporting activities.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and cost management.

• Support annual budgeting processes and long-term financial planning efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical tools.

• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting.

• Solid understanding of variance analysis and its application in business scenarios.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
