Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Account Executive to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role is ideal for an experienced PR and communications expert who excels at crafting compelling narratives and delivering impactful results for clients. As part of our award-winning agency, you will manage diverse client portfolios, build strong media relationships, and execute strategic campaigns that drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop and execute tailored public relations strategies for a variety of B2B and B2C clients.

+ Manage client accounts, ensuring campaigns align with objectives and deliver meaningful results.

+ Build and maintain relationships with media professionals, securing coverage and enhancing brand visibility.

+ Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive storytelling and thought leadership.

+ Provide guidance and foster growth for entry-level team members and interns.

+ Collaborate with agency leadership to support new business development initiatives.

+ Create high-quality written materials, including press releases, pitches, and client messaging.

+ Elevate client visibility through innovative storytelling and strategic media relations.

+ Oversee the positioning and messaging for clients across industries such as banking, franchising, and commercial real estate.

+ Track campaign performance metrics and present insights to clients.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 4–6 years of public relations experience, preferably in an agency setting

+ Proven success working with restaurant or hospitality clients is a strong plus

+ Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

+ Strong media relations skills and a solid network of relevant contacts

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

+ Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
