Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

This is an entry-level production position where candidates will be cross-trained across various roles on the assembly line. No prior experience is needed, but candidates must be able to stand for the entire shift and maintain attention to detail. The primary task is assembling custom filters.

Responsibilities

+ Perform light assembly work.

+ Conduct quality checks to ensure high standards.

+ Create and prepare boxes for shipping.

+ Engage in assembly tasks using small hand tools.

+ Scrape and perform tasks with small hand tools.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to use hand tools and engage in mechanical assembly.

+ Experience in production assembly and manufacturing is preferred.

+ Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining product quality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous manufacturing experience is needed.

+ Ability to lift weights up to 30 lbs.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean, climate-controlled facility at 72 degrees year-round. The job is not physically demanding, and steel-toe shoes are not required. Adhere to a dress code of pants down to the ankle, closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes), and a t-shirt or long sleeve. Sweatshirt strings must be tucked in if worn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersontown, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
