Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production tools and machines. This role involves diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, and maintaining various systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production tools and machines.

+ Assist in diagnosing problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments on all systems and equipment.

+ Conduct plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

+ Maintain compressed air systems by running pipe and creating material feed headers.

+ Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boiler systems.

+ Execute seasonal grounds maintenance and landscaping duties, including mowing, edging, planting, snow removal, and grounds inspection.

+ Address work order items and equipment maintenance as per established procedures.

+ Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production tools and equipment during production.

+ Assist in installations, changes, and repairs to meet codes of local jurisdiction and national agencies.

+ Complete all preventative maintenance tasks according to the schedule.

+ Utilize the PSM system effectively.

+ Collaborate in researching solutions to recurring work orders documented in the Maintenance Program file.

+ Document all work on assets and improvements made throughout the plant.

+ Maintain communication with affected personnel regarding the status of work order requests.

+ Provide equipment training and auditing for plant operators.

+ Operate various equipment and machines, maintaining tools and equipment in proper working condition.

+ Complete specific projects or responsibilities efficiently and in a timely manner.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Sussex, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
