Description We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to join our team in Ft. Worth, Texas. In this role, you will oversee credit evaluations and manage customer accounts to ensure financial stability and compliance. This position requires a strong background in credit analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and proficiency in financial tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and establish credit limits for customers based on financial data and risk assessment.

• Review and adjust existing customer credit limits, preparing detailed financial analyses and reports.

• Address customer inquiries regarding account statuses and resolve issues promptly.

• Investigate discrepancies in customer payments, including overpayments and underpayments.

• Prepare and execute legal documentation to safeguard company interests.

• Recommend and secure approvals for special payment terms, such as progress billing or extended payment arrangements.

• Monitor and resolve issues within customer billing portals to facilitate timely payments.

• Utilize financial software, including Trend, to perform queries and manage data effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure credit decisions align with company policies and objectives. Requirements • A minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with Dun & Bradstreet software for credit evaluation and decision-making.

• Strong knowledge of credit approval processes and risk assessment techniques.

• Ability to analyze financial reports and data to establish credit limits up to $150,000.

• Experience with progress billing and customer billing portals is highly desirable.

• Excellent reconciliation skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
