About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead operational excellence in a dynamic environment serving individuals, families, and institutional clients. As Associate Director of Operations, you’ll oversee a talented client service team, streamline workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across investment operations, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and mentor a team of four Client Service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

+ Coordinate with custodians and external data providers to maintain operational accuracy and integrity

+ Strategically allocate team resources across advisor locations and manage competing priorities

+ Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual transactions with precision and timeliness

+ Partner with senior leadership to refine and implement processes for onboarding, CRM workflows, and investment reconciliation

+ Collaborate with the Reporting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client data

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or designation strongly preferred (CFP®, CFA, CPA, JD, EA, Master’s, or PhD)

+ 7+ years of experience in a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) environment

+ Deep familiarity with custodial platforms—Schwab and Fidelity preferred

+ Proven track record of successfully managing high-performing teams

+ Experience with performance reporting and CRM/workflow systems (Addepar and Salesforce a plus)

+ Understanding of private fund investments, including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate
