    Description

    We are looking for an organized HOA Client Services Specialist to join our team in Escondido, California. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships by delivering outstanding service and support. This is a contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to our organization’s success while developing your skills in customer service and sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.

    • Handle incoming client calls, balancing organizational policies with individual client needs.

    • Assist clients with navigating the organization’s platform and provide basic technical support when needed.

    • Accurately process client monetary requests, keeping risk management and compliance in mind.

    • Complete client transactions and requests efficiently while adhering to established service level agreements.

    • Perform account updates, maintenance, and corrections to ensure data accuracy.

    • Investigate and resolve client disputes using sound judgment and knowledge of banking policies.

    • Manage fraud intake requests and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.

    • Communicate findings and solutions to clients in a clear and precise manner, both verbally and in writing.

    • Uphold the organization’s values and compliance standards, ensuring all activities align with safety protocols.

     

    Requirements • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

     

    • Strong skills in inside sales, direct sales, inbound and outbound sales.

    • Familiarity with banking policies and procedures, including risk management.

    • Ability to navigate and provide support for online platforms.

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage client interactions.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in handling disputes.

    • Adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
