Robert Half is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support a leading apparel and distribution organization based in Issaquah, WA.
This role involves supporting HR technology systems, reporting, and compliance across a nationwide HR team. The position is hybrid (on-site Tuesday through Thursday) and offers a 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert to full-time.

Job Responsibilities
+ Troubleshoot and resolve user access, permissions, and data issues in ADP, Greenhouse, and HireRight.
+ Perform I-9 and E-Verify audits; partner with vendors (HireRight, Greenhouse) to resolve discrepancies.
+ Pull, analyze, and present HR data and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau.
+ Support the NovaTime → ADP Workforce Management transition project and related timekeeping initiatives.
+ Collaborate with HR and IT to maintain data integrity and process improvements.
+ Assist with permissions, user filters.
+ Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance and smooth data operations across multiple systems.
Requirements
+ 3+ years’ experience in HRIS support, data administration, or HR operations.
+ Experience with ADP Vantage (or similar HR system such as Workday, UKG, or UltiPro).
+ Strong Excel and Power BI skills for building reports and dashboards.
+ Experience with user access, permissions, and troubleshooting across HR systems.
+ Understanding of I-9 / E-Verify compliance and vendor systems (HireRight, Greenhouse).
+ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments.
+ Strong attention to detail and communication skills; analytical and proactive mindset.
Nice to Have:
+ Familiarity with SQL (data validation or reporting).
+ Tableau experience.
+ Previous exposure to timekeeping or workforce management systems (NovaTime, ADP Workforce Management).
