    Job Description

    We are seeking dedicated Production Associates who will be cross-trained to work in both Assembly and Molding Operator areas. Candidates must be flexible and willing to be trained in all aspects of production, ensuring a varied and dynamic work experience each week.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform assembly work to create parts for the automotive and medical industries, including clients such as Tesla, GM, and Ford.

    + Conduct light manufacturing and machine operating tasks, loading parts and performing visual inspections as necessary.

    + Read and document findings accurately, working with minimal supervision.

    + Operate molding machines, sorting products for quality and checking for defects.

    + Distinguish product colors and prepare items for quality disposition.

    + Complete sort sheets and identify materials efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in light manufacturing or production.

    + Ability to work with minimal supervision.

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting instructions, particularly for assembly tasks.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in production, packing, inspection, packaging, assembling, and machine operation.

    + Familiarity with work instructions and documentation processes.

    Work Environment

     

    This role operates on multiple shifts: 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), and 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Enjoy a paid 20-minute lunch and a paid 10-minute break. The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and requires closed-toe shoes, jeans, and plain shirts or sweatshirts without profanity.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, PA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
