    Job Title: Production Specialist

    Job Description

    Join our team as a Production Specialist where you will play a vital role in monitoring batches of products, ensuring quality, and cross-training on various production lines. You will also manage waste water and cleaning processes, ensuring all gauges and equipment are maintained accurately.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor and oversee batches of products being produced.

    + Cross-train on all different production lines.

    + Manage waste water processes and clean barrels.

    + Receive raw materials upon approval of the Certificate of Analysis.

    + Mix chemicals according to prescribed formulas to produce products.

    + Package and ship finished products to customers.

    + Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

    + Operate the water treatment facility as needed.

    + Conduct daily equipment checks.

    + Accurately document the mixing process on Process Check Sheets and Production Formula.

    + Organize and store raw materials and finished products in the warehouse.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in production and quality control.

    + Proficiency in machine operation and general production tasks.

    + Ability to conduct packaging and inspection.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Backgrounds in construction, lawn care, and farming are welcome.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow prescribed formulas.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elizabethtown, KY.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
