+ **Pay Range:** $19.00–$22.00/hour

About the Role

We are looking for **detail-oriented, hands-on professionals** to join our electronics manufacturing team as SMT Operators. In this role, you will work with advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment to produce high-quality electronic assemblies. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy precision work, problem-solving, and contributing to cutting-edge technology.

What You’ll Do

+ **Operate SMT machines** and ensure accurate solder paste application

+ **Inspect circuit boards** using AOI equipment for quality assurance

+ **Assemble small electronic components** with precision and care

+ **Support production tasks** , including packaging and material handling

+ **Follow detailed instructions** in written, verbal, and visual formats

What We’re Looking For

+ **Experience:** Prior SMT or AOI experience preferred

+ **Open to candidates with general electronic manufacturing experience**

+ **Skills:** Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity

+ Ability to read schematics and technical drawings

+ Basic computer proficiency

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
