Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking Fulfillment Specialists in Northlake, Texas, to join our team in a climate-controlled micro-fulfillment facility. The Fulfillment Specialist plays a crucial role in processing and shipping orders for our Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center.

Responsibilities

+ Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers.

+ Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability.

+ Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring the Fulfillment Center is orderly and free of debris.

+ Uphold quality standards as set by management.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with packing, inventory, picking, packaging, and material handling.

+ Proficiency with RF scanners.

+ Attention to detail and ability to read and write in English.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Willingness to work a flexible shift.

+ Ability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.

+ Capability to perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled, clean facility located in Suite 200. The dress code includes jeans, khakis, dress pants, capri pants, scrubs, t-shirts, polo shirts, sneakers, and closed-toe shoes. Please refrain from wearing sleeveless shirts, shorts, scarves, dangling jewelry, or clothing with inappropriate graphics. Shift hours are Monday from 4:30 pm to 2:30 am, and Tuesday to Thursday from 2:30 pm to 12:30 am. Candidates can review the work environment video available on YouTube.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
