    Job Title: (Entry Level) Production Workers

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team in a production facility dedicated to crafting custom office furniture for major corporations. You'll have the opportunity to work in various departments, including Wood Fabrication, Wood Assembly, Steel Fabrication, and Steel Assembly. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, from machine operation to assembly, ensuring top-notch quality in our products.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate machinery and tools to produce and assemble office furniture.

    + Perform cleaning duties to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

    + Handle heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, as required.

    + Engage in general production work, including banding and assembly.

    + Work with hand and power tools for furniture assembly.

    + Contribute to wood and steel fabrication and assembly processes.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience using hand tools and power tools.

    + Ability to work efficiently in wood and steel fabrication and assembly.

    + Comfortable working in a loud environment.

    + Physical ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day and lift heavy objects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Willingness to perform multiple duties.

    + Experience with welding is a plus.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a large manufacturing facility that may be loud and dusty, depending on the department. The team includes around 100 temporary workers, fostering a vibrant and collaborative environment. All necessary personal protective equipment is provided, except for steel-toed shoes.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Poulsbo, WA.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.46 - $18.46/hr.
