We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing invoice processing and ensuring accurate financial documentation. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment.

• Perform coding of invoices in compliance with company guidelines.

• Conduct regular check runs to maintain smooth payment cycles.

• Verify and reconcile invoice details to prevent discrepancies.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage accounts payable processes efficiently.

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audit purposes.

• Assist with additional accounts payable tasks as needed to support the department.

Requirements • Proven experience in accounts payable operations.

• Proficiency in invoice coding and processing.

• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online.

• Ability to perform check runs and reconcile accounts effectively.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.

• Strong communication skills for vendor and team collaboration.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
