    We are looking for a detail-oriented Service Specialist II to join a company on a long-term contract basis in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will focus on ensuring the accuracy and organization of essential documents while maintaining high-quality standards. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and proficiency with computer applications.

    Responsibilities:

    • Organize, review, and manage various documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    • Assemble and bind document packets according to established guidelines.

    • Perform quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of document integrity.

    • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to attach and remove files as needed.

    • Maintain electronic and paper records in compliance with company procedures.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in document control or a related field.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards.

    • Experience working with both electronic files and paper documents.
