This role encompasses managing accounting processes, treasury activities, and financial forecasting while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.     Responsibilities:

    • Oversee full-cycle accounting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

    • Manage cash flow forecasting and treasury activities to optimize financial resources.

    • Prepare and review financial statements, maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger.

    • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure seamless operations.

    • Implement and monitor internal controls to uphold compliance with company policies.

    • Establish and maintain banking relationships to support organizational needs.

    • Develop and manage annual budgets, providing analysis for strategic decision-making.

    • Reconcile accounts regularly to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

    • Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in financial management within the property management sector.

    • Strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and treasury management.

    • Expertise in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

    • Demonstrated ability to prepare financial statements and maintain general ledger accuracy.

    • Familiarity with developing budgets and conducting financial analysis.

    • Skilled in implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure compliance.

    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to support strategic decision-making.
