Description We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role is focused on managing infrastructure projects, including networking, firewalls, and systems-related initiatives. As a Contract to permanent position, it offers an opportunity for long-term growth and impact within the services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

• Coordinate efforts related to networking, firewalls, and system configurations to ensure seamless operations.

• Lead router and switch migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and successful deployment.

• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop effective solutions.

• Monitor project progress and resolve challenges to maintain timelines and quality standards.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices throughout project execution.

• Prepare and present detailed reports on project outcomes to stakeholders.

• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes. Requirements • Extensive experience in managing infrastructure-focused projects, including networking and systems.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project management.

• PMP certification is required.

• Proven expertise in router and switch migration processes.

• Familiarity with firewalls and network-related technologies.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.

• Adept at problem-solving and addressing challenges in dynamic environments.
