    Description

    We are seeking a friendly and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to support client interactions and service delivery in Bellevue, Washington. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, resolving issues, and working in a team-focused environment.

    Responsibilities:

    + Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

    + Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude

    + Document customer interactions and update account information

    + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of concerns

    + Provide product or service information clearly and accurately

    + Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue closure

    + Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures

    + Support special projects and administrative tasks as needed

    Requirements

    + Customer service experience in an office or contact center setting

    + Strong communication and active listening skills

    + Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

    + Proficiency with computer systems and data entry

    + Comfortable navigating multiple systems and multitasking

    + Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

    + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
